In October 2007 we completed execution of an exclusive tenement house at 22 Lea Street. There are 23 flats, 4 service premises and parking lots as well as lodger closets in the underground garage. Vertical communication service is secured by a spacious staircase lighted by daylight and a quiet, hydraulic elevator also going down to the garage. The entrance to the tenement house and the corridor on the ground floor are representative thank to their size and the quality of materials used for finishing.
