 Payments schedule:

1.  20%   on signing a preliminary contract,
2.  25%   after completing a zero state within the building,
4.  20%   after completing open shell state of II floor,
5.  20%   after completing open shell state of V floor,
6.  13%   after completing open shell state of the building,
7.  2%   after completing the construction but not later than on day of signing a final contract.
