Budomat Sp. z o.o. was established at the beginning of 1998 by three persons who had a great experience in the building sector and in investments planning: Jerzy Jaglarz, Wojciech Kopta and  Jacek Kawa. The seat of the Company is situated at 19/2 Litewska Street, 30-014 Krakow. It is registered  in the entrepreneurs register of the National Court Register in the District Court of Krakow-Śródmieście XI Commercial Department of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000039988, NIP 677-20-12-590, initial capital of 300 000 PLN.        

          Up to this time  Budomat executed following construction projects in Krakow:  

• renovation of a tenement house at  Litewska Street,
• mini housing estate at Królowej Jadwigi Street,
• multifamily residential building with service premises at Bronowicka Street,
• residential buildings complex with service premises at Kapelanka – Rozdroże Street,
• general overhaul of a detached house at 24 Rozdroże Street,
• multifamily residential building at 2 Ks. Stefana Pawlickiego Street,
• multifamily  residential tenement house with service premises at 22 Lea Street,

• multifamily residential building with service premises at 5B Majora Street. 
   

   

   At the moment we are executing three investments:

• multifamily residential building at Dobrego Pasterza Street,
• multifamily residential building with service premises at Kijowska Avenue,

• office building at Kamieńskiego Street.
